How IB Aesthetic handles the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
- Booking requests: your name, phone number, email address, chosen treatment, preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
- Google sign-in (optional): your name, email address and profile photo from Google, plus any details you add to your profile (phone, date of birth, gender, city).
- Confirmation emails: we use your email address to send your appointment confirmation and any change to it.
- Treatment records: procedures the clinic records after your visit, which you can see in your account.
How we use it
Only to arrange and confirm your appointments, contact you about your care, and show you your own history. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it's stored
Booking and patient records are stored in Google services (Google Sheets and Firebase) controlled by the clinic. Only clinic staff can see them, and when you sign in you can only see records linked to your own Google email.
Your choices
You can book without an account. To see, correct or delete your information, message us on WhatsApp or call 0321 676 9943 or 052 621 0148.
