Do I need an account to book?
No. Anyone can send a booking request. Signing in with Google is optional and lets you see your appointments and treatment history in one place.
How will I know my appointment is confirmed?
The clinic contacts you on WhatsApp or by phone during opening hours to agree an exact time. Once it's booked, you'll get a confirmation email with the date and time. If you sign in with the same Gmail address, your account shows it as Confirmed.
Will I see the doctor before treatment?
Yes. Medical treatments start with a consultation with Dr. Babar, so the plan suits your skin, scalp and medical history.
How many PRP sessions will I need?
Most people need a course of sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by occasional maintenance. Dr. Babar will suggest a plan after assessing your scalp.
Is exosome hair therapy proven?
Not yet in the way PRP is. Early results are promising, but the research is still developing. We'll explain what's known so you can decide.
Is there downtime after a HydraFacial?
Usually none. Skin may look a little pink for a few hours, and most people go straight back to their day.
